Settle large trades privately, on-chain.
Name your price and lock your side in escrow. A counterparty pays the other side and both legs settle in a single transaction: no order book, no slippage, no middleman holding funds.

Claimable
undelivered payoutsHow it works
01Lock
The maker locks USDC or a token in the escrow contract and names the exact price, optionally for one named taker.
02Fill
A taker pays the other side. Nothing moves unless both legs move, so neither party has to trust the other.
03Settled
Both sides are paid in the same transaction. A 0.25% fee comes off the USDC leg. Unfilled offers can be cancelled any time for a full refund.

How it's tested
every claim links to the evidenceVerified source
The deployed contract's code is published and verified on the Arc explorer, matching the code on GitHub.
View on explorer ↗Safe-held admin
Admin rights sit with a 2-of-2 hardware-wallet Safe. The owner can't change open offers or touch anyone's funds.
View the Safe ↗Two independent fuzzers
Python and Foundry run thousands of random trades, cancels, blocklistings and fee changes, checking after every step that the escrow holds exactly what it owes.
See the tests ↗Tested on Arc mainnet
Fork tests run the live contract with real USDC and EURC: trades, refunds, limits, and a USDC-blocklisted wallet that can't block a trade.

Line-by-line review, attack tests and static analysis (Slither), done in-house with every finding written up in the open.

No independent audit yet. Until there is one, offers in listed assets are capped at about 100 USDC each (100 USDC, 100 EURC, 0.05 WETH and similar).
